Return & Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. To be eligible, you must submit a written request to ask@susnex.com within the timeframes stated below.

Refunds are available for the following:

• Training programme registrations cancelled before the course start date.
• Consulting service retainers where work has not yet commenced.
• Duplicate or erroneous payments made through the SusNex payment portal.

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Registrations cancelled after the training course has started.
• Completed consulting engagements or deliverables already issued.
• Service charges and transaction fees (2.5%) applied at the time of payment - these are collected by the payment gateway and are not recoverable by SusNex.
• GRI examination fees or third-party certification costs paid on your behalf by SusNex.
• Digital downloads or online materials once accessed.

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved by SusNex, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account - this is outside of SusNex's control. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact us at ask@susnex.com.

To initiate a refund, please email ask@susnex.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:

• Your full name and registered email address.
• Invoice or reference number.
• Service or training programme name.
• Reason for the refund request.
• Date and method of original payment.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 working days and provide a decision within 5 working days.

Instead of a refund, you may opt to transfer your registration to another participant or to a future training session at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 5 working days before the original session start date.

SusNex reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
